We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for LED TV, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines in the specified region.

Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Manager at Allview India Electronic Pvt.Ltd. you will play a key role in driving our company’s sales growth and success. This position requires a dedicated and seasoned professional with a proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure the team’s success.

On-board new Dealers and Distributors from the same segment:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client relationships to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to keep the company at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities and sales achievements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Results-oriented mind set and a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
