We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Branch Sales Manager to oversee our operations for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines at our pan India branches.

Job Description:

As a Branch Sales Manager at Allview India Electronic Pvt. Ltd. you will play a key role in driving our company’s sales growth and success. This position requires a dedicated and seasoned professional with a proven track record of at least 12 years in sales and management.

Job Summary:

As the Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and profitability of our branch. You will lead a team, manage operations, and ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch staff, including sales, service, and administrative functions, to achieve excellent performance and customer satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and meet or exceed branch revenue targets.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Service Management: Oversee the service operations for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance services.

Operations Management: Manage branch operations efficiently, including inventory, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage the branch’s budget, optimizing costs while meeting revenue targets.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on branch performance, sales, service operations, and financial results, and present findings to senior management.

Compliance: Ensure that all branch activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in branch management, with a strong background in consumer electronics and home appliances.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  • Knowledge of the LED TV, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, and Washing Machine industry.
  • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for branch performance.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
