Refund & Returns Policy

At Allview India, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly at the time of delivery

  • You received a wrong product or item different from what was ordered

  • The product has missing parts or accessories

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The item should be returned with original packaging, invoice, and all accessories


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

  • Products that have been installed or used, unless defective

  • Any return request made after the return window expires


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order ID, product details, and issue description

  3. Share images or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit


4. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products will be replaced at no extra cost

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for replacement

  • Return request is approved and product passes inspection

  • Order is cancelled before shipment

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

  • In case of COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; you may request a return after delivery


7. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products undergo quality inspection

  • Refunds/replacements are approved only after verifying the issue

  • If the product does not meet return criteria, it may be sent back to the customer


8. Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • For other cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
